*There is a charge of $0.56/mile for any distance over 20 miles roundtrip from Honolulu 96826, EXCEPT for the following areas:
North Shore - flat fee of $80
West Side - flat fee of $60
East Side - flat fee of $40

*Locations with an asterisk, below, require an additional permit and paperwork would need to be submitted at least THREE WEEKS in advance. The fee for that would be $60/location.
*Private locations do not require a permit (i.e. client’s home). Hotels require approval from hotel staff.
*If you have a specific outdoor location where you would like to have your session and it is not on the list, there may be an additional fee of up to $150 required to obtain a separate permit.
